Business Analyst – SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect and document comprehensive requirements for Talent projects, encompassing SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration necessities.

• Evaluate current Talent processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies.

• Design and execute data integration solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring precise and secure data transmission.

• Develop business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and associated documentation.

• Create test plans and scenarios, and carry out testing to verify SAP SuccessFactors functionality and integration.

• Foster communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists.

• Assist end-users in adapting to new systems and processes through effective change management.

• Recognize and address project issues and risks, escalating them when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing initiatives aimed at improving processes and system functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with a specialization in Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.

• 5 to 8 years of industry experience, ideally within the Talent sector.

• Thorough understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, especially regarding SAP SuccessFactors.

• Expertise in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

• Strong documentation abilities, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to promote collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes.

• Positive demeanor, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow within the position.
