Business Analyst / Project Coordinator Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team to facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordinate project efforts.

• Monitor projects, financial aspects, and communications with stakeholders to guarantee clarity of responsibilities.

• Develop diagrams, documentation, and metrics to evaluate the current state of the business unit.

• Conduct complex data mining, perform trend analysis, generate metrics and reports, assess process maturity and compliance, and engage in iterative process activities.

• Translate user requirements into specifications and prepare written materials tailored to the intended purpose and audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates MUST be currently enrolled students at Minnesota State University Mankato.

• Must be a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (with a minimum of 8 months remaining before graduation).

• Must be an undergraduate student pursuing a degree within the College of Business (e.g., Management) -OR- in Management Information Systems.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft O365 Enterprise Suite of Applications is essential.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Podcast/Vodcast production is a significant PLUS.

• Self-motivated, quick to learn, enthusiastic, and eager to put knowledge into practice.
