Business Analyst – Product-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Convert business and customer needs into detailed specifications for development.

• Outline and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Utilize the ShadCN design library to create product screens and components.

• Work alongside the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype innovative product features.

• Create user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system processes.

• Record functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure precise implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a comparable product-centric role.

• A methodical and analytical mindset - considering not just features but also system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and converting business needs into functional specifications.

• Experience in user journey mapping and workflow analysis.

• Capacity to think systematically and spot gaps or inconsistencies.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Strong written communication skills in English.
