This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect and assess client requirements for the deployment of our integrated solution.
• Document operational and business needs within the framework of implementation and workflow automation.
• Analyze and align business processes with the data utilized across various pension plan management systems (e.g., payroll system, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, telephony).
• Configure our software to meet the specific needs and requirements of the client.
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and the development team to design and evaluate new solutions.
• Establish testing scope and criteria, and closely cooperate with the quality assurance team during implementation.
• Create presentation decks and perform solution demonstrations for clients.
• Assist in the development or redesign of reports and communications that facilitate processes and procedures.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding implemented changes.
• A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, administrative process automation, or related areas.
• Consulting or implementation experience with direct client engagement.
• Proven experience in presenting to executive stakeholders and clients.
• Proficient in current computer technologies, including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to synthesize complex information, comprehend, systematize, and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — fluency in written English for creating clear documentation and presentation materials, and verbal English for effectively presenting to clients and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and appearing on camera — confident in directly interacting with clients and conducting solution demonstrations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel as necessary across Canada and the U.S.
• Experience with pension administration or employee benefits software systems.
• Primarily remote work with quarterly travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
• Engagement in enterprise-level projects with significant exposure to multiple business modules (Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, Finance).
