Business Analyst, Oracle EBS UMX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an Oracle EBS UMX Functional Analyst, focusing on functional analysis, solution development, implementation, and support.

• Take on a senior role in analysis and design, aiding development efforts for Oracle EBS solutions, particularly Oracle User Management (UMX) and access management.

• Assist in the analysis, design, and development for the B2R, P2P, CLM, A2R, and O2C business process areas.

• Facilitate discussions leveraging Oracle EBS technology to tackle complex implementation challenges and RICEFW development issues.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient, and maintainable Oracle solutions.

• Engage in Business Intelligence, data management, and reporting solutions.

• Provide support for DFAS/DoD enterprise system interfaces, including SPS, MOCAS/ONE PAY, WAWF/iRAPT, and DCAS.

• Assist in the analysis, development, and architectural enhancements in line with industry best practices.

• Design, modify, and execute test plans and scripts.

• Evaluate business-reported functional issues, manage defect tracking, implement solutions, and test fixes.

• Support system and user acceptance testing activities.

• Offer end-user assistance for system extensions and customizations.

• Mentor and train fellow developers on processes and tools.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of experience in DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation.

• Proficiency with Oracle Federal Financials EBS R12.2.6 or newer.

• Proven functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Technology.

• Established functional understanding of Oracle User Management (UMX) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Solid functional knowledge in System Administration.

• Comprehensive understanding of Security protocols.

• Demonstrated functional knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and personalization framework.

• Proven functional knowledge in Oracle Workflow (WF).

• Established functional knowledge in Oracle Enterprise Command Centers (ECC).

• Solid understanding of Oracle Licensing.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Patching.

• Proven functional knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite Architecture and Common Applications.

• Demonstrated understanding of Multiple Organization Access Control (MOAC).

• Proven functional knowledge in Procure to Pay (P2P) / Contract Lifecycle Management: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Contract.

• Established functional knowledge in Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management.

• Demonstrated functional knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable.

• Proven functional knowledge in Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger.

• Experience in creating functional design, configuration, test plans, and test scripts documentation.

• Experience in integrating Oracle E-Business Suite and/or legacy systems.

• Proficient in drafting, editing, and presenting technical documents.

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Capable of obtaining an IT-II background investigation.
