This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
• Collect, document, and organize requirements derived from CMS regulatory documentation.
• Assist in facilitating client discovery sessions and work stream meetings by preparing materials and providing backup support to the Project Owner (PO).
• Aid in the development and upkeep of workflows.
• Produce deliverables as required.
• Support the PO with various program activities and deliverables, including IRAADQ resolution and follow-up, as well as writing features and user acceptance criteria.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential requirements within the United States.
• Proficient in PowerPoint (PPT) and Visio.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements during at least one client consulting engagement.
• Proven track record of creating consulting deliverables.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Medicare products and benefits, claims, finance, eligibility, provider relations, or clinical/claims editing.
