This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and analyses of business drivers and requirements to provide thorough and detailed business specifications.

• Assess the effects on our business processes.

• Develop new or updated processes to ensure our operations can function smoothly following the implementation of initiatives.

• Assist in complex client investigations that necessitate collaboration among various Group Benefits stakeholders.

• Equip our business partners for any changes that are being introduced.

• Cultivate positive and effective relationships to enhance partnerships with key stakeholders.

• Work closely with subject matter experts and accurately document business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and comprehension of Group Disability operations and systems (STD, AMCS, LTD).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt for different audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential (PowerPoint, Excel).

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a valuable asset.

• A strong interest in process mapping and/or design, along with a proven ability to question established norms.

• An inherent curiosity that drives efforts toward the optimal solution for Manulife and our clients.

• Robust organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Significant adaptability to change.

• A reputation for continuous learning and a commitment to personal development.
