Business Analyst – Loyalty/Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze high-level product requirements and decompose them into UX flows, user and functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and economic logic with calculations.

• Design various implementation scenarios while considering trade-offs in unit economics.

• Create and oversee feature-level metrics.

• Ensure the correct tracking setup with Data/PM.

• Assess data quality.

• Collaborate with Product/Pricing to develop unit economics models.

• Work alongside Design to achieve a balance between UX, conversion, and compliance.

• Coordinate efforts across Development, QA, and stakeholders while proactively managing risks.

• Take ownership of documentation in Confluence and assist in the estimation process.

• Formulate and validate hypotheses based on data; suggest metric-driven enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in Business / Product Analytics within product teams.

• Familiarity with loyalty and retention programs (cashback, rewards, etc.).

• Strong grasp of product metrics such as retention and conversion.

• Practical experience with unit economics and product economics.

• Experience collaborating closely with designers to define UX requirements.

• Demonstrated capability to drive features from inception to completion (PRD → delivery).

• Basic SQL knowledge along with experience using analytics tools.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.

• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, ownership, and prioritization.

• Nice to Have: Background in fintech, crypto, or payments.

• Experience with pricing strategies and monetization.

• Familiarity with event tracking and integrations.
