This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the rollout of new manufacturers, products, limited-distribution medications, and patient-support initiatives.
• Collect and document requirements related to manufacturers, operations, reporting, compliance, and systems.
• Convert program requirements into forms, workflows, business rules, testing scenarios, training materials, and implementation tasks.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations, clinical services, IT, compliance, analytics, finance, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, requirements, issue logs, meeting notes, testing outcomes, decisions, and action items.
• Create and manage forms, questionnaires, task flows, status rules, notifications, and program workflows within proprietary systems.
• Configure and oversee workflows, addressing configuration, usability, and data quality challenges.
• Generate representative test data and scripts for functional, workflow, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Record defects, data discrepancies, corrective measures, retesting results, and approvals.
• Assist with the setup, workflow modifications, configurations, integrations, upgrades, and change control of CareTend or similar pharmacy dispensing platforms.
• Analyze workflow, form, access, configuration, and data issues and facilitate resolutions.
• Establish data definitions, standards, validation rules, business glossaries, data dictionaries, field mappings, and report definitions.
• Support initiatives for data quality monitoring, data lineage, audits, accreditation reviews, manufacturer assessments, and compliance inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver system demonstrations and training sessions for manufacturers/partners.
• Create presentations, user manuals, quick-reference materials, recorded demonstrations, exercises, and FAQs.
• Manage partner access requests and track training readiness, attendance, completion, feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Provide support during implementation, launch, stabilization, and post-training phases.
• Develop workflow diagrams, configuration documents, standard operating procedures, implementation checklists, and reusable templates.
• Suggest enhancements to forms, workflows, testing processes, data quality, training, and implementation practices.
• Oversee implementation activities, facilitate testing and training, and offer workflow and data guidance as a lead-level individual contributor.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, data management, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, software implementation, business analysis, data management, system support, or training.
• Proven experience in creating electronic forms, workflows, questionnaires, or business processes using a configurable software platform.
• Familiarity with generating test data, test cases, or user acceptance testing scenarios.
• Experience in delivering software demonstrations or training sessions to both internal and external users.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to clearly document technical, data, and operational requirements.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks while collaborating with technical, operational, compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Background in implementing specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical manufacturer programs.
• Understanding of referral intake, benefits investigation, prior authorization, patient onboarding, prescription processing, dispensing, inventory, refill management, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with data governance, data dictionaries, data mapping, data-quality controls, or master data management.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy, information security, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, or reporting validation.
• Proven ability to develop training curricula, presentations, user manuals, or recorded demonstrations.
