• Conduct and lead various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives for the assigned function while implementing process enhancements.
• Spearhead the support of business initiatives through data analysis, identifying implementation hurdles, and conducting user acceptance testing for various systems.
• Direct the identification and evaluation of user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.
• Address issues and pinpoint opportunities for process redesign and improvement.
• Carry out detailed analyses on multiple projects, recommend viable business solutions, and ensure successful implementations, including enhancements and revisions to business processes and requirements.
• Assess risks and concerns, communicating findings to management.
• Collaborate with various business units and departments in the creation and delivery of training programs.
• Develop, share, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Supervise all modifications to departmental policies and procedures, including the communication and execution of changes.
• Act as the subject matter expert on the assigned function product to guarantee optimal operational performance.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably in healthcare, or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access, is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with structured testing is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Excel, Project, and Visio, is preferred.
• Understanding of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile methodologies is required.
• Experience managing large projects with a significant reliance on technology.
• Product Management and SQL experience is preferred.
• Profound understanding of managed care data, including sourcing, analysis, and data representation, along with familiarity in clinical documentation platforms.
