• The Business Analyst IV is a senior-level role tasked with spearheading strategic initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that tackle complex business challenges.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and foster alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Analyze project artifacts such as business cases, contracts, and architectural diagrams to ensure they align with business goals and requirements.
• Collaborate across teams and business areas to coordinate updates for Epics and Features, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment during refinement processes.
• Guarantee thorough requirements documentation and traceability that conforms to strategic objectives and corporate standards.
• Contribute to project status reports related to requirements, aid in resolving escalated issues, and escalate risks or concerns to the Program/Project Manager and Product Owner when necessary.
• Manage the lifecycle of Epics and Features for multiple high-impact projects and programs, overseeing resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with business strategy.
• Advocate for initiatives aimed at process improvement and innovation, applying industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Develop and deliver detailed reports, including strategic insights, recommendations, and progress updates, to executive leadership and key stakeholders upon request.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in requirements management is required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or similar business requirements management tools and software development processes, including hybrid/agile, is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Proven mastery of business analysis principles, processes, and applications/elicitation tools utilized for managing requirements.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of the IT development cycle, Agile Framework, and other development methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, including processes, techniques, and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Effective listening and critical thinking abilities.
• Competence in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to develop, prioritize, and achieve goals promptly.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to organizational and/or business changes.
• A customer service-oriented mindset.
• IIBA, Six Sigma, or Agile Certifications are preferred.
