Business Analyst II – Integration Quality, User Acceptance Testing

📋 Description

• Conduct various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Facilitate business initiatives via data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges and conducting user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Assess and analyze user requirements, procedures, and issues to enhance existing processes.

• Carry out in-depth analysis on assigned projects, propose potential business solutions, and aid in their implementation.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reports associated with new business implementation processes.

• Create and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Spearhead problem-solving and coordination efforts among various business units.

• Assist in developing and revising departmental policies and procedures.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in healthcare (e.g., documenting business processes, gathering requirements) or claims payment/analysis experience.

• Previous experience with structured testing is preferred.

• Familiarity with managed care information systems and experience in SQL scripting is ideal.

• Understanding of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in managing projects that heavily rely on technology.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
