This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee comprehensive analyses of business processes, pinpointing strategic opportunities for enhancement and automation, while implementing necessary amendments to documented procedures.
• Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams to create and execute solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Provide counsel on the design, development, evaluation, and execution of organizational management initiatives, policies, and/or procedures.
• Examine data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Offer management strategic recommendations to boost efficiency and accomplish operational objectives.
• Serve as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous enhancement.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments to assess potential projects, focusing on strategic alignment and impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across various focus areas to provide insights on new initiatives and for the lean business case, recognizing upstream and downstream impacts.
• As the SME in the area of focus, collaborate with and lead Agile teams to articulate requirements and test cases.
• Ensure that a solution, based on the requirements, fulfills customer needs and meets business objectives.
• Work with the Agile team to identify test cases that align with User Acceptance Testing.
• Mentor and support junior business analysts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with over 4 years in business analysis, business operations, or comparable roles.
• Capability to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in documenting and applying business requirement guidelines to team projects.
• Strong aptitude for cross-team and client collaboration.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to view the broader picture and consider multiple viewpoints.
• Skill in eliciting information through interactions and observations, translating them into meaningful requirements for solutions.
• Proficient in writing simple queries and selecting large data sets from diverse data sources using SQL or other tools.
• Ability to acquire skills and knowledge of analysis, design, and construction methods, trends, and practices.
• Results-oriented self-starter with a willingness to learn how systems and processes operate and their underlying rationale.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience (management, technical staff, and subject matter experts). Proven capability to work within a team environment and with business customers.
• Strong negotiation skills, displaying the courage to challenge requests and positively propose alternative solutions.
• Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills.
• Ability to deliver seamless, trustworthy, attentive, and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
