📋 Description

• Collaborate with essential departments such as IT, Training, Quality, Operations, Finance, Sales, and others to implement changes by understanding key requirements, customizing solutions to meet those needs, and partnering with the Value Management Office to facilitate transformation.

• Evaluate business needs and requirements, providing recommendations and detailed specifications for proposed solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Offer expert-level support and knowledge on global processes.

• Provide expert-level support and knowledge on global systems.

• Work collaboratively with third-party implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review new and updated processes/internal guidelines related to core systems before their release.

• Lead discussions to identify and assess project risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.

• Actively strive to gain expert-level knowledge of all digital systems.

• Participate in project meetings across multiple workstreams focused on both enhancements to existing systems and the introduction of new systems.

• Foster personal development; attend relevant skills or industry training sessions to enhance competencies; be recognized as a potential leader within the organization.

• Advocate for and uphold Cencora's policies, procedures, mission, vision, and fundamental values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a relevant role or professional services, preferably within sectors such as logistics or technology leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating well-structured communications and presentations.

• Ability to collaborate with global teams to understand, document, and discuss new proposed enhancements to processes and systems.

• Skill in translating business requirements to IT teams and working closely with them to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs.

• Ability to collaborate and comprehend proposed IT solutions.

• Capable of translating and presenting proposed IT solutions to business teams, ensuring that business requirements are met through technical solutions.

• Efficiently manage resources to achieve results while fostering growth in their abilities and careers.

• Strong problem-solving skills to implement relevant solutions to situational challenges or changes.

• Initiative and the capability to propose new ideas.

• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both in-person and remotely.

• Organizational and planning abilities to manage time effectively and meet deadlines and objectives.
