Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between Business and IT to facilitate system-related requirements.

• Comprehend business processes, systems, and goals to deliver effective solutions.

• Conduct impact analysis and assist in effort and cost estimation.

• Create and document functional specifications and components of system design.

• Aid in the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk evaluation.

• Support application testing, implementation, and training initiatives.

• Execute quality checks on project outputs.

• Help prioritize daily tasks in accordance with business priorities.

• Work with financial data to assist in commission and bonus calculations.

• Aid in data extraction, validation, manipulation, and adjustments.

• Contribute to documentation and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in working with data and supporting business or system operations.

• Capability to work with urgency while ensuring high accuracy in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Basic experience in data extraction and manipulation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail, particularly when dealing with financial data.

• Entry-level SQL skills (1–3 years).

• Entry-level Excel skills (1–3 years).
