Business Analyst – Digital Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct business analysis, configure, and deploy applications within the Digital Manufacturing Operations team.

• Implement solutions aligned with the strategic vision.

• Suggest and execute process enhancements and technical solutions that support digital manufacturing initiatives.

• Advocate for continuous process improvement.

• Participate in projects, enhancements, and problem-solving related to ongoing initiatives.

• Collaborate with factory staff and both internal and external business partners.

• Engage with members of the Digital Manufacturing team, subject matter experts, and potentially external vendors to prioritize and define the scope of work.

• Achieve results in accordance with established timelines and value expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Engineering, IT, or a comparable technical discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in a technology-related field, encompassing information architecture, information analysis, or involvement in software development teams.

• Proficient in translating business requirements for software developers.

• Strong technical writing and diagramming abilities.

• Extensive experience with SQL.

• Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and testing Windows Server applications.

• Proven track record of working on large, highly collaborative cross-functional projects.

• Skilled in gathering business requirements.

• Experience in deploying and implementing small to medium-sized projects.

• Project management capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations and essential deliverables.

• Experience in an agile/Scrum team environment.

• Technical knowledge of digital platforms, data/function integration, and information architecture.

• Strong digital research methodologies.

• Strategic awareness of industry trends.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Skills in mobile solutions are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Bonus: Experience with SAP EWM Integration; SAP Production Planning, Material Management, or Quality Management; Azure cloud and mobile applications; C# or Java (JSP) application troubleshooting.
