Business Analyst, CPQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements gathering and exploration sessions with business stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Provide support for e-commerce and quoting-related processes across digital platforms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery.

• Evaluate and assist in the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies.

• Aid in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies when applicable.

• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements throughout the delivery process.

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant within consulting or technology sectors.

• Solid experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.

• Familiarity with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows.

• Proficient in crafting detailed user stories and functional requirements.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with distributed/global teams.
