📋 Description

• Analyze and map intricate operational workflows and processes.

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.

• Assist in designing scalable internal systems and workflow logic.

• Convert business and operational requirements into structured specifications for Product and Engineering teams.

• Rapidly prototype enhancements to processes and AI-assisted workflows (utilizing AI tools, low-code/no-code solutions, lightweight models, or workflow tools).

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to implement solutions in production.

• Aid in the design of AI-assisted and partially automated operational processes, ensuring human-in-the-loop where necessary.

• Establish process rules, edge cases, decision logic, and operational flows.

• Measure impact: efficiency improvements, reduction in manual tasks, speed, and enhancements in quality.

• Demonstrated experience with operational processes, internal systems, or workflow-intensive environments.

• Thinks in terms of systems, workflows, and comprehensive operational logic.

• Capable of deconstructing disorganized processes into structured, actionable logic.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining processes that lack clear definitions.

• Possesses a strong execution mindset and transitions swiftly from analysis to solution.

• Regularly employs AI tools in daily tasks (analysis, structuring, prototyping, automation).

• Experienced in rapidly prototyping concepts and validating them in real operational settings.

• Effectively collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Preferable: Experience in Fintech, payments, compliance, or risk operations.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or LLM-based tools.

• Practical experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.

• Background in regulated or high-scale operational environments.
