Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Assume responsibility for analyzing system complexities, product/service use cases, and organizing comprehensive specifications.

• Participate in all phases of projects, from discovery through to post-implementation support.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and backlog owner, developing detailed requirements.

• Collaborate with the team to estimate work, lead ceremonies, and monitor the progress of scope against time expended.

• Actively report and escalate issues, offering recommendations to the product team.

• Open to ongoing learning from senior professionals and engaging with other work cells.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software consulting fields.

• Significant experience in eliciting requirements and conducting testing.

• Strong ability to analyze extensive data sets to derive business-relevant insights.

• Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools.

• Knowledgeable in the creation of process documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

• Experienced in developing use cases, user stories, and progress reports.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.

• Completed or currently pursuing tertiary/university education.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Intermediate to upper-intermediate proficiency in English.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Proactive and hands-on, with a strong desire for continuous improvement.

• Adheres to best practices.

• Experience in database management and utilization, particularly with MySQL.
