• This position collaborates closely with a variety of business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and the Warehouse, to enhance daily operations, pinpoint areas for improvement, and facilitate changes that generate business value.
• Collects business requirements, performs needs assessments, and crafts functional specifications to guarantee that the developed information technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Acts as a bridge between development teams and internal/external customers or end users.
• Adheres to a defined requirements gathering process to ascertain needs.
• Communicates requirements to development teams via specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other documentation formats.
• Collaborates with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes, ensuring functionality and user acceptance.
• May create user documentation or training materials, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other business analysis documentation.
• Converts business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements or workflow modifications.
• Documents current-state and future-state process maps, data flows, and system interactions.
• Develops and sustains documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training resources.
• Troubleshoots user issues and escalates them to senior analysts or development teams when necessary.
• Aids in project planning, execution, and closure of organizational initiatives.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of processes.
• Conducts data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for performance enhancement.
• Ensures adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards for processes, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Provides hands-on support for business systems, focusing on order processing and customer fulfillment.
• Assists with configuration updates and associated operational tasks.
• Analyzes existing workflows and recommends improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer experience.
• Supports business teams throughout system testing and validation stages.
• Aids in the creation and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards.
• Analyzes transactional data to identify trends or gaps affecting Order to Cash (O2C) performance.
• Participates in system enhancements, including requirement validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and go-live monitoring.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors and internal developers to facilitate integrations with other systems.
• Produces user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Assists in training end users on new functionalities or system updates.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes and applications within healthcare.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel.
