Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze functional and business requirements.

• Document processes, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization.

• Participate in the monitoring and validation of developments and implementations.

• Collaborate in defining functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Support functional testing and validation of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Location: Buenos Aires (preferably).

• Experience Level: Semi-senior/Senior.

• Experience in E-commerce implementations.

• Desirable knowledge of Salesforce CRM/Commerce Cloud (preferably).

• English proficiency: Advanced/Fluent.
