• Oversee the creation of documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Formulate the product roadmap.
• Aid in identifying Okta features, whether in early access or available, that can enhance GSA’s platform and customer experience.
• Organize and document user test cases for new features and forthcoming functionalities for the GSA Auth platform, in addition to participating in testing activities.
• Collaborate with the customer to gather and document requirements.
• Partner with the customer to plan enterprise-wide communications regarding upcoming changes to the GSA Auth platform.
• Lead and take part in daily stand-up meetings.
• Track and report on key metrics.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.
• Ensure the team's progress is transparent and visible to all relevant parties.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and maintain a flexible mindset to ensure timely delivery in alignment with Agile principles.
• Escalate issues to vendors and third-party entities as necessary and as directed by the Government.
• Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with associates and client personnel at all levels.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral reports.
• Public Trust Clearance or the capability to obtain one.
• ITILv4 Foundation Certification to be acquired within 120 days from the start date.
• Certified Scrum Master or an equivalent certification.
• Prior experience providing technical and management leadership on significant tasks or technology assignments.
• Previous involvement in a large Operations or Infrastructure Government program.
• Set goals and plans that align with project objectives.
• Interactions include client negotiations and interface with senior management.
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may significantly impact overall project implementation.
• Proven capability to work independently in a fully or partially remote environment with minimal supervision and the potential to supervise or lead others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, demonstrating proficiency in engaging with all levels of staff and clients.
• Adhere to standard working hours as per the DIGIT contract and remain available for meetings and collaborative efforts during working hours.
• Proven ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, utilizing practical experience and training to determine task execution.
