Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and document comprehensive end-to-end delivery workflows (including last-mile, card/document delivery, courier management, and exception flows).

• Convert operational and business needs into detailed product specifications such as user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, technical leads, and operations teams to ensure that requirements are thorough, clear, and feasible.

• Continuously maintain and revise process documentation as the platform progresses.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop test cases and verify that the features developed align with the specified requirements.

• Detect process inefficiencies and gaps; recommend structured enhancements.

• Assist in the creation of regulatory and compliance documentation where delivery operations align with BSP requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within fintech, banking, or logistics/delivery operations.

• Proficient in process modeling techniques: BPMN, flowcharts, use cases — must be capable of producing clear, practical documentation.

• Familiarity with product/technology delivery settings (Agile/Scrum).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity: transform unclear operational situations into structured specifications.

• Excellent communication skills — adept at interviewing stakeholders, gathering requirements, and addressing unclear points.

• Proficient in English (working level — documentation and stakeholder engagement).

• Bonus: experience in card/banking product delivery, courier/logistics operations, or within a BSP-regulated environment.
