📋 Description

• Create intricate deliverables utilizing Excel spreadsheets in a consistent and reusable manner.

• Complete mappings from target to source, facilitating the development of data pipelines.

• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

• Convert raw data into insightful information for internal teams and gradually assist with client-facing presentations.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve data, process, or system-related challenges.

• Address ad hoc client inquiries that necessitate prompt analysis and effective communication.

• Meet regular deadlines while managing various reporting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of business ethics and conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a role focused on analytics or reporting.

• Practical experience with Epic (mandatory) in a hospital or revenue cycle setting.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare or hospital clients, demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

• Proven capability to autonomously generate reports, analyze trends, and propel work forward.
