Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium-complexity digital projects in collaboration with clients, fostering strong relationships and loyalty while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet our clients' expectations.

• Recognize and outline opportunities, directing potential upselling and cross-selling to our sales team.

• Work alongside the team to comprehend the impact of solutions developed for our clients and the end user.

• Develop and manage the project timeline based on sprint development.

• Ensure compliance with project scope in terms of deliverables and monthly hour usage.

• Monitor project performance KPIs in conjunction with the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (either in progress or completed).

• Advanced understanding of performance KPIs.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience in managing digital projects from initiation through to project completion.
