Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and confirm business and functional requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for engineering purposes.

• Assist with FHIR-based data mapping initiatives, including collaboration with clinical terminologies.

• Act as a bridge between clinical subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and development teams throughout the delivery process.

• Support UAT planning and execution, coordinating with clinical end users to verify system behavior.

• Evaluate alert performance data and recognize patterns that may lead to alert fatigue or reduced adoption.

• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and documentation repositories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in health IT.

• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards.

• Expertise in drafting user stories and process flow documentation.

• Experience in facilitating requirements sessions with clinical or technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health is advantageous.

• Experience with CDS Hooks or clinical decision support logic is a plus.

• Flourishes in a fully remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys engaging with a cross-functional team.

• Communicates effectively and openly, whether through technical documentation or interactions with clinical stakeholders.
