• Assisting in projects from the discovery of requirements to deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Working in tandem with Agile and Scrum teams to promote ongoing incremental improvements.
• Recognizing risks, dependencies, and obstacles throughout projects.
• Offering Level 2 application support, conducting incident analysis, and managing escalation processes.
• Acting as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for lending and mission-critical systems.
• Ensuring adherence to OCCU standards and regulatory obligations.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• A minimum of 3 years in a business-to-consumer role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical experience with user testing.
• Background in supporting application configuration, integrations, and production environments.
• Ability to configure systems and test environments in alignment with role-based access to facilitate effective UAT, end-to-end workflow validation, and production readiness evaluations.
• Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Experience in documenting processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Preferred experience in financial services or credit unions.
