This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, enhance, and standardize the process for gathering requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our customers' Product Owners to shape the vision and backlogs of products.
• Develop clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria in partnership with both internal and external technical stakeholders (Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA).
• Conduct discovery workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive product development and uncover new opportunities.
• Assist in securing new business by engaging with potential clients in a pre-sales role.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Prior experience as a client-facing Business Analyst on projects of various sizes.
• Comfort in challenging assumptions and collaborating with customers’ Product Owners to define a Proof of Concept (PoC) or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a product.
• Experience in coaching Product Owners, including defining product canvases, developing roadmaps, and establishing product and sprint goals.
• Ability to effectively organize backlogs to outline a product using epics and features that align with both business needs and technical architecture.
• Capability to write clear, testable user stories utilizing Gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in leading Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning Sessions, Iteration Planning Sessions, Project Discovery Sessions, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Strong background in working within an Agile team to agree on and develop system/product designs based on user requirements, articulating these as user stories.
• Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilient and proactive, with a strong focus on delivery.
• Strong modeling skills across data, application, and business process domains using standard modeling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.).
• Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex business domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
