• A Bachelor's degree in a field related to IT.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Ability to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Proficient in creating and refining user stories.

• Capable of defining acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in backlog management and prioritization.

• Skilled in functional validation and integration testing.

• Proficient with tools such as Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, work items, and Agile metrics.

• Strong teamwork skills: Ability to serve as a liaison between technical and business teams.

• Excellent communication skills: Capable of producing clear documentation and aligning with stakeholders.

• Adaptable: Comfortable managing changing scopes and priorities.

• Proactive: Demonstrates initiative in identifying process improvements and suggesting solutions.
