Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate requirements related to banking for IT systems in the banking sector.

• Develop relevant functional designs and specifications.

• Conduct independent analyses and synchronize functional requirements with the client, Product Owners, and the software development team.

• Generate user stories.

• Execute feature testing during sprint reviews and acceptance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in software development projects.

• Knowledge of the banking domain, preferably in SEPA/payments.

• Experience in agile methodologies using Scrum, including the creation of user stories and functional specifications.

• Proficient in writing test cases and performing tests.

• Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.

• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and methodological capabilities.
