Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough analyses of business requirements and convert them into functional specifications aimed at enhancing e-learning solutions for veterans.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to pinpoint business needs and devise data-driven strategies that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to determine the success of educational programs and suggest enhancements.

• Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to collect insights, confirm requirements, and ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.

• Create comprehensive reports and presentations that convey findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and pertinent departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related area.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the e-learning sector.

• Expertise in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
