Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to gather and enhance business and functional requirements for AI-powered workflows, platforms, and digital tools.

• Perform stakeholder interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

• Maintain version-controlled documentation and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Evaluate existing workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through AI integration.

• Develop visual process models, user flows, and data maps using tools like Miro or LucidChart.

• Assist in designing future-state processes and prioritize improvement opportunities that align with product roadmaps.

• Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting results.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to triage defects, update requirements, and finalize release artifacts.

• Monitor feature readiness, go-live preparations, and change management efforts.

• Collect metrics and KPIs related to user adoption, workflow efficiency, and platform performance.

• Help build dashboards or reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI or Excel to track essential transformation metrics.

• Share insights and findings with internal teams to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within regulated or enterprise environments.

• Capable of documenting requirements and working closely with product, engineering, and QA teams.

• Experience in supporting digital or platform-based product development, particularly in AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects.
