This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client practices and comprehend business processes pertinent to industry trends and project objectives.

• Communicate user requirements to developers.

• Develop software requirements, specifications, user stories, wireframes, and flowcharts.

• Conduct functionality testing during Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collect and brainstorm requirements for software solutions.

• Design programs by assessing client needs.

• Suggest improvements and enhancements to systems by analyzing products.

• Document processes and create user stories.

• Oversee multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Apply Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, to facilitate project delivery.

• Develop and manage user stories, defects, and project documentation within Jira.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering Manager to achieve project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Exceptional documentation abilities.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred).

• Experience in technical writing (preferred).

• Certification as a Product Owner (CPO) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Jira (preferred).

• Knowledge of Land and Property Recording at the county, parish, or state level is a plus.
