This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Tech teams to comprehend business needs and process challenges.

• Collect, analyze, document, and validate both functional and technical requirements for marketing and sales automation projects.

• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.

• Convert business requirements into precise implementation tasks for developers and technical teams.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend automation solutions.

• Support projects related to marketing automation workflows, lead management and nurturing, CRM integrations (Marketing/Sales), sales automation processes, campaign tracking and reporting, as well as chatbots and AI-driven marketing tools.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.

• Assist in planning user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.

• Conduct first-level QA testing for all developments in marketing automation and sales automation.

• Identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies prior to release.

• Clearly document defects and collaborate with developers for resolutions.

• Perform regression testing after fixes and enhancements.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, process flows, test cases, and release notes.

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and testing outcomes.

• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Marketing Technology, CRM, or Automation projects.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Experience with automation workflows, APIs, integrations, and digital processes.

• Familiarity with QA/testing methodologies and defect tracking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign operations is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting is advantageous.

• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or integration platforms is a plus.
