This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for teams.
• Develop and uphold product documentation, including requirements, workflows, and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, technical teams, and vendors.
• Collect requirements and verify capabilities of vendors and hardware.
• Monitor vendor requirements, constraints, and timelines that could affect delivery.
• Assess vendor solutions based on their performance and alignment with business needs.
• Assist in ensuring hardware launch readiness by synchronizing processes, systems, and teams.
• Document setup, configuration, logistics, and deployment requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Hardware teams to prepare for launches and upgrades.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies among teams and partners.
• Aid in tracking issues, conducting root cause analyses, and facilitating resolutions.
• Support testing efforts to confirm that solutions fulfil business requirements.
• Help document deployment needs, including configuration, provisioning, logistics, certification, and support considerations.
• Partner with Hardware Services and Operations teams to verify readiness for device launches and upgrades, identifying potential risks and gaps.
• Assist in coordinating activities for large-scale enterprise rollouts, such as pilot planning, phased deployments, and issue tracking.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and post-release reviews to ensure delivered solutions align with defined requirements and business goals.
• 3–5 years of experience in the payments or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with the functioning of payment systems.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or partners.
• Proven track record in supporting large projects or rollouts.
