This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Instanda implementations.
• Analyze current and future state processes, pinpointing gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Independently conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating the smooth delivery of projects.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with the Instanda platform.
• Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Strong grasp of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes.
• Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in process mapping, proficient with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi.
• Capability to lead requirement gathering workshops independently with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with US clients, along with knowledge of US insurance market practices.
