Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, identify, and take ownership of operational initiatives.

• Gather all operational initiatives and assess their prioritization.

• Develop clear business requirements for reporting applications.

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist stakeholders in understanding business performance.

• Provide support for standardized definitions of key RCM metrics.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while delivering high-quality reporting and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in analytics.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills tailored to operational, clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

• Strong comprehension of data management concepts, principles, and industry best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Working knowledge of SQL to create and optimize queries and stored procedures.

• Experience in developing, automating, and analyzing reports, as well as drawing conclusions from available data.

• Exceptional skills in data gathering, analysis, and visualization.
