Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and propose solutions to address business needs.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of client business requirements, offering business solutions that effectively meet those needs.

• Support the Product Owner in breaking down business requirements by identifying system requirements that are generated or impacted, and articulate them as user stories to initiate sprint execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with systems development.

• Capability to identify and visually map business needs in a practical manner.

• Ability to represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Strong grasp of business analysis and business process principles, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.

• Facilitation skills and experience in leading workshops and sessions using techniques such as:

• - Design Thinking;

• - Design Sprint;

• - Business Model Canvas;

• - UX Design;

• - Lean Inception;

• - BPM.

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements.

• Understanding of existing business processes, products, and services, as well as their regulations, to provide IT solutions when needed.

• Comprehension of the needs of business managers and customers/users to propose appropriate solutions.

• Familiarity with the following methodologies:

• - SCRUM;

• - Kanban;

• - Lean IT;

• Knowledge of IT tools and solutions to address business challenges, with the ability to identify reusable IT services across various business areas or stages of a business process.
