This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

• Gather product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.

• Assess, investigate, and pinpoint technical solutions for data discrepancies within the Judi Health technology stack.

• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to oversee issue prioritization and resolution.

• Work alongside the APM to develop business requirements and specifications for scheduled items as instructed by the APM.

• Tasked with reviewing tickets and identifying misintent after quality assurance.

• Propose data-driven recommendations to the APM for high-impact product enhancements.

• Support the product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Partner with the APM to manage the backlog and engage in team refinement and planning sessions.

• Assist the APM and team in planning, roadmap creation, and long-term strategic initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including reporting any instances of noncompliance.

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering position, or a related field.

• Proven knowledge of SQL, Excel, and various data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with the agile framework and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner designation is preferred.

• Experience with GitHub or similar source code management systems.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Python programming language is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail along with project management capabilities.

• Working understanding of common data exchange methods.

• Comfort or experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A strong sense of intellectual and professional curiosity.
