Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Interact directly with clients to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and training of Bridgeway’s software suite.

• Efficiently prioritize and execute various development projects, including eligibility files and module installations.

• Convert business requirements into clearly defined and detailed specifications, user stories, and user-centered design documents.

• Engage with and positively impact stakeholders during requirements-gathering sessions and solution review meetings, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively with end users, executive sponsors, and IT personnel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals.

• Utilize diverse tools and resources to resolve customer application inquiries or issues related to database, system configurations/setup, product functionality, and business enhancements.

• Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, solutions, and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation, particularly with external clients.

• Familiarity with the benefits administration or Taft-Hartley sector is advantageous.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity and precision.

• Exhibit strong initiative and a natural ability to learn within a complex and constantly changing technology landscape.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
