Business Analyst – 6-month project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Gather, assess, and document the requirements for business and products

• Convert stakeholder requirements into precise user stories and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and Mobile/Web Engineering teams

• Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and management of scope

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings for requirement clarification

• Contribute to the development of functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping

• Ensure that product decisions are in line with business objectives and user experience

• Aid in test planning and validate feature readiness in accordance with requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the delivery of Web and/or Mobile products

• Comprehensive understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data management

• Capability to produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions

• Experience in supporting Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A problem-solving mindset focused on user-centric and product-driven approaches

• Proficient in working with data models, process mapping, and requirements traceability

• Expertise in backlog planning and facilitating collaboration across functions
