This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Spearhead the discovery of AI workflows across Product, Engineering, and various R&D functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements, operational hurdles, and current processes.
• Pinpoint opportunities where AI and automation can minimize manual tasks, enhance execution, or boost productivity.
• Record and update identified R&D opportunities in the shared company AI workflow inventory for prioritization.
• Convert selected opportunities into distinct requirements, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
• Design and develop prioritized AI workflows across R&D and other business areas.
• Transform business requirements into actionable solutions utilizing approved AI platforms and shared capabilities.
• Deliver assigned solutions punctually and proactively communicate risks or delays.
• Test solutions with business users, integrate feedback, and facilitate successful adoption.
• Act as the AI build owner for designated workflows.
• Take full ownership of solution design, development, testing, launch, maintenance, and continuous optimization.
• Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, process enhancement, automation, or a related field.
• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining operational workflows.
• Proficiency using Claude or similar tools to create AI-enabled business workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, low-code or no-code platforms, workflow automation, or prompt engineering.
• Experience in leveraging AI or automation to enhance business processes and productivity.
• Strong capability to convert business needs into practical, usable solutions.
• Experience with business systems, workflow automation, and modern technology platforms.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent business platforms.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and organizational change without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across various business functions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to reliable, maintainable execution.
