Business AI Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the comprehensive implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases, overseeing everything from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Develop AI agents and intricate workflows using Agent Builder, incorporating prompts, actions, guardrails, and conducting pre-launch simulations and testing.

• Establish knowledge pipelines by linking content and data sources, configuring retrieval (RAG), and ensuring answer accuracy is validated against agreed-upon test sets.

• Create and manage integrations with contact center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, and Amazon Connect; CRM and service platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow; as well as data platforms including Snowflake and Databricks, utilizing REST APIs and webhooks.

• Perform user acceptance testing, address defects, and refine agent behavior prior to production release.

• Generate technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks for client transition.

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met on schedule and within project scope.

• Work alongside senior architects and deployed engineers to ensure solutions are aligned with clients' broader technology infrastructures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.

• Recent graduates should possess relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications and demonstrate hands-on project experience with LLM applications or chatbots.

• Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON), SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred).

• Knowledge of LLM application patterns: prompt design, retrieval (RAG), agent workflows, and testing and evaluation of AI outputs.

• Experience with contact center, CRM, or enterprise data platforms is a significant advantage.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills for client-facing engagements.

• Proficient in the English language.
