Business Advisor – Helping Entrepreneurial Companies Grow & Scale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with 75–90 founders, CEOs, and executives, assisting them in implementing Scalable’s frameworks to address operational challenges.

• Conduct bi-weekly implementation sessions, aiding in the customization and integration of the Scalable Operating System™ within our client organizations during the 16-week Get Scalable Accelerator™.

• Facilitate quarterly 90-Day Planning Sessions with clients, guiding them in identifying their "next right thing" and utilizing our tools, resources, and community to help them reach their objectives.

• Employ questions, tools, and established models to enable clients to achieve clarity, make informed decisions, and attain results.

• Foster results through structured accountability—conducting follow-ups, checking in, and motivating clients to remain on track.

• Monitor client progress and sentiment in the CRM (HubSpot), addressing risks and celebrating achievements.

• Work in tandem with Client Success and Program Leadership to guarantee a seamless, high-touch client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing, scaling, leading, or advising entrepreneurial ventures.

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities—particularly in virtual, one-on-one environments.

• Knowledge of business operating systems such as Scalable OS, EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, or equivalent.

• Reside in a U.S. or Canadian time zone with availability during standard business hours.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM software (preferably HubSpot), Slack, and Zoom.

• Nice to Haves:

• Experience in facilitating structured programs or planning sessions.

• Previous involvement in "high-ticket" coaching, advisory, or mastermind initiatives.

• Familiarity with various business types and models.
