Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with members and clients to prospect, solicit, and cultivate business relationships, particularly for specialized advisory needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate the sale of specialized products and services through various distribution channels.

• Evaluate and address special requests related to specialized products and services.

• Create comprehensive offers incorporating Desjardins' products and services.

• Ensure member and client satisfaction and uphold service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.

• Assess member and client needs to provide personalized solutions and integrated service offerings.

• Build advisory relationships by identifying present and future needs, while fostering client retention.

• Guide members and clients regarding specialized products and services.

• Collaborate with external professionals to discuss organizational realities.

• Assist clients in achieving financial objectives by developing customized solutions and negotiating terms.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a balance between satisfaction, profitability, and risk.

• Keep abreast of standards, products, and services within the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of applicable experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
