Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business owners to develop and implement long-term strategic growth initiatives.

• Leverage your direct experience in team leadership, operations management, and company scaling.

• Cultivate a portfolio of 15-20 clients, with each relationship grounded in trust, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have served as the primary operator or owner of a business generating between $2M and $10M in annual revenue.

• Experience in building and leading a leadership team is essential.

• Enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and achieving concrete results.

• Seeks flexibility, variety, and a sense of purpose—preferring not to take on another corporate role.

• Flourishes as part of a collaborative team of like-minded individuals, all working towards a shared Mission and Vision.
