Building Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Install electrical wiring and systems, which include circuit breakers, outlets, switches, and various other components.

• Conduct inspections and repairs of electrical systems.

• Adhere to occupational safety regulations and follow technical and quality procedures relating to safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Completion of a mandatory electrician course, including up-to-date NR-10 and NR-35 training, along with a valid electrician license.

• Previous experience working with primary electrical switchgear or in substations.

• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Familiarity with repairs and maintenance in civil construction projects.

• Skills in the installation and repair of plumbing and hydraulic systems.

• Understanding of safety standards and the proper utilization of PPE relevant to the tasks at hand.
