This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee client relationships while identifying their service and sales requirements.
• Address customer inquiries and referrals that arise from your network.
• Conduct interviews with potential borrowers to evaluate their financial and credit information.
• Market, promote, and sell the Company’s loan offerings.
• Negotiate terms and rates.
• Establish and manage expectations regarding the customer loan process.
• Supervise and manage workflow to ensure prompt closings.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and stay informed about changes in market conditions.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential mortgage lending.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to fulfillment -or- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess the necessary licensing (or be able to obtain it within 60 days of the start date) from the appropriate regulator in each state where he/she will conduct licensed activities.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are required.
