This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive financial accounting: Independently recording all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.

• Efficient receivables management: Monitoring open items and independently conducting dunning processes to ensure stable cash flow.

• Audit preparation & reporting: Preparing and supporting the external audit, as well as generating VAT returns and statistical reports.

• Accurate account reconciliation: Maintaining, reconciling, and monitoring all accounts to ensure correct bookkeeping.

• Interface & reporting function: Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and creating meaningful business evaluations and reports.

• Proactive process optimization: Identifying and implementing optimization potentials in accounting processes using modern AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: With approximately 3 - 6 years of experience in accounting—ideally focusing on accounts payable and receivable—you act confidently and solution-oriented.

• Tools: You are proficient in accounting software—preferably DATEV—and possess excellent Excel skills.

• AI affinity: You are interested in AI-supported working methods and enjoy incorporating innovative tools into your accounting routine.

• Structured working style: You are capable of presenting complex issues clearly, work in an organized manner, and set clear priorities.

• Remote setup: You have successfully worked in a remote environment and understand how to collaborate efficiently from a distance.

• Languages: You communicate confidently in German and fluently in English.
