This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing and overseeing the daily brokerage operations for OnePay Invest and Crypto, ensuring precise, timely, and compliant execution throughout the entire trade and asset lifecycle.
• Supervising brokerage operations as a designated principal (Series 24), guaranteeing compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations, WSPs, and internal controls.
• Acting as the primary escalation point in the US, leading the resolution of trade discrepancies, incidents, and real-time operational challenges.
• Collaborating closely with the India-based Brokerage Operations Lead to ensure continuous operational coverage, joint oversight of daily functions, and consistency across different regions.
• Overseeing and managing essential brokerage functions such as trade corrections, settlements, reconciliations, money movement, and transfers (ACATS).
• Managing corporate actions and asset servicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for dividends, splits, and other trade-related events.
• Monitoring operational health and performance, including exception queues, customer support volumes, and proactively mitigating risks.
• Serving as the main point of contact with our clearing broker-dealer and crypto partners, ensuring seamless execution, issue resolution, and ongoing improvement.
• Developing error management frameworks and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on workflow automation; optimizing processes using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and more with unlimited tokens.
• Over 7 years of experience in brokerage or trading operations (fintech or broker-dealer preferred).
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63, and 24 (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a supervisory principal with direct accountability for brokerage operations.
• Experience in a follow-the-sun or global operations model, with shared responsibilities across regions.
• Experience in process building and automation using AI tools.
• Extensive knowledge of:
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations in a high-volume, real-time environment.
• Experience handling incidents, escalations, and issues affecting customers.
• Strong systems thinker with a history of creating scalable processes and tools.
• Capability to function as a hands-on leader and operator.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX teams.
